Terms of Service

The short version: Tebex handles purchases, we handle the server and community. Here's how it fits together.

What we offer

Gembound runs a Minecraft Skyblock server (play.gembound.net) and a Discord community. Through our store you can buy in-game currency, ranks and cosmetics that get delivered straight to your Minecraft account.

Purchases are made through Tebex

Everything sold on gembound.net is sold and processed by Tebex Limited, not by Gembound directly. When you buy something, you're entering into a purchase agreement with Tebex, and Tebex's own Terms & Conditions govern that purchase, including pricing, payment, your right of withdrawal and product warranty. Gembound never sees or stores your payment details.

Purchases are delivered automatically to the Minecraft account they were bought for and can't be transferred to another account.

Purchase support

If something you bought didn't apply in-game, open a ticket on our support page (or on Discord) and we'll sort it out. For questions about a charge, payment method or refund itself, contact Tebex directly, they're the seller of record for your purchase.

Patron status

Patron isn't something you buy directly, it's earned automatically once your total spend with us crosses a threshold, and comes with cosmetics and recognition, never a gameplay advantage. Thresholds and perks can change as the server grows, and we can adjust or remove someone's Patron status at our discretion, for example for a chargeback or a rule violation.

Accounts & community rules

Some features (support tickets, staff applications, voting rewards) require logging in with Discord. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Playing on our server, using our website, or being in our Discord means following our Rules. Staff can warn, mute, kick or ban at their discretion for breaking them, and remove content you've posted (reviews, ticket messages) that breaks the rules.

Complaints

Something not working as it should, or a decision you disagree with? Message us on Discord, that's the fastest way to reach a real person. If it's about a purchase, Tebex is the seller and handles it under their own terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Gembound grows. Check back here occasionally, material changes will be announced on Discord.
